Warranty

BDVAir warrants the system for a term of 8 years from the date of installation against any fault or malfunction of the equipment or bought about by faulty installation workmanship and will *rectify at no cost to the customer.

Conditions:

1. The system must have been supplied and installed by approved BDVair personnel.
2.  BDVAir must have a record of a legitimate sale and purchase.
3. The system must be installed for fit purpose.
4. No one other than approved BDVAir personnel may have undertaken any remedial work during the warranty period or remove or interfere with any parts. This includes but not limited to adding ducting or vents.
5. The system is not warranted against rodent or insect damage, water damage i.e. leaking roof or power spikes. Damage caused by other tradespeople or personnel in the roof i.e. insulation installers or electricians but not limited to.
6. The filters can be changed by the Purchaser or a representative of the purchaser without affecting warranty, however this is limited to filter change only refer to condition 4.
7. In the event of the system malfunctioning, BDVAir must be contacted as soon as practicable.
8. Where possible onsite repairs will be conducted. In rare events, the system may be needed to be removed for return to base repairs.
9. Removal and transfer to different premises will void the warranty.
